Week 3: What if I don't know?
This session is all about the HOW. How do we begin to feel again? How do we get a sense of what it might be like to live from the whole of our being?
-
Week 3: Practice
This week’s practice is a little longer. We start with a meditation before moving into a Yin Yoga practice. See if you can make space for this practice daily (if not, at least 3 times) before next week.

What you’ll get
-
Join me in my exploration of how the concept of a separate mind and body has evolved over time and become stuck in the ‘story’ of Western culture. We will look at how this fragmented understanding of ourselves impacts us as individuals and ripples out to the collective.
-
Movement, meditation and rest are the keystone practices in this course. You will get a practice to use daily between each weekly session. Every practice offers a different access point to a sense of embodiment and is carefully sequenced to gradually build over the 6 weeks.
-
You will gain a sense of what it means to live an embodied life, to open up to the present moment in such a way that you’re able to tune into the aliveness of your body and how it connects to the world around you.
